Lindsay Lohan's State of Desperation

Lindsay Lohan
Lindsay Lohan is yet again seeking legal action.

According to TMZ, Pitbull's latest hit "Give Me Everything," which includes the line "I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan," is driving her to file a suit against Pitbull and the producers of the song. The line is in reference to when she served 13 days in in Los Angeles County Jail.

Lindsay claims the line "by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff." In addition, she is seeking an injunction to stop the defendants from airing the song.

Lindsay also sued E-Trade for a clearly unreasonable $100 million, due to an infant referring to a "milkaholic" named Lindsay in the company's commercial last year. Remember: Lindsay Lohan is the only Lindsay in the entire world. Sadly, the suit resulted in E-Trade paying her an unknown settlement.

If only there was a way Stevie Nicks could sue Lindsay for this horrible cover of "Edge of Seventeen." (Fast forward to 1:20)
